• United Prairie Bank is hiring a Mortgage Program Manager. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in one of our 10 Minnesota branch locations.
• You will be responsible for leading, developing, and continuously improving United Prairie Bank’s mortgage program to support growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for Mortgage Loan Officers, partners closely with lending, operations, compliance, marketing, and branch leadership, and ensures mortgage products, processes, and service standards align with organizational goals. You will monitor production, pipeline activity, quality, and performance trends; supports business development efforts; and promotes consistent execution of mortgage lending practices across the organization.
• Annual Compensation Range: $88,443-$205,519. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading, developing, and continuously improving United Prairie Bank's mortgage program to support growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience.
• Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership for Mortgage Loan Officers, partnering closely with lending, operations, compliance, marketing, and branch leadership.
• Ensuring mortgage products, processes, and service standards align with organizational goals.
• Monitoring production, pipeline activity, quality, and performance trends; supporting business development efforts; and promoting consistent execution of mortgage lending practices across the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management, or a related field, preferred.
• Five or more years of mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or related banking experience, preferred.
• Two or more years of leadership, coaching, program management, or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage origination, secondary market/investor guidelines, processing, underwriting, closing, servicing handoffs, and regulatory requirements.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain and maintain registration, is required for the position.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
