- Provide complex and confidential administrative support to the President, Board of Directors and executives and leadership as required. Supports executives and managers in preparing and analyzing data with minimal input.
- FLSA Status: Exempt position
Responsibilities
- Provides a wide range of complex office administrative support to the President/CEO, including, but not limited to:
- Coordinating and planning meetings and events such as the Board of Director meetings and retreats, and executive meetings,
- Preparing monthly Board packages,
- Preparing monthly Connections agenda and data review;
- Proactively coordinating communication and activities among the executive leadership team;
- Drafting, editing and/or reviewing ongoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency, and ensuring the final version of a document is handled as required;
- Maintaining corporate files and files of the President/CEO.
Requirements
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Must be dependable with strong attendance.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate with team members, members, campus partners, and vendors verbally and in writing.
- Must be trustworthy.
- Experience
- Three to five years of related experience, preferably supporting a president/ceo or an executive.
- Experience working in financial services preferred.
- Working knowledge of office processes.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Docusign, and other software applications.
- B.A. Degree or equivalent of education plus experience in an administrative role.
