• Community Manager - Affordable Housing
• Are you a passionate property management professional looking to make a difference in affordable housing? We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established affordable housing community in the Prince George County, MD area.

Responsibilities

• - Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and compliance.
• - Manage affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, and/or other subsidized housing programs.
• - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations.
• - Monitor occupancy, collections, delinquency, and budget performance.
• - Lead, develop, and motivate onsite team members.
• - Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• - Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files.

Requirements

• - 3 to 5 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry.
• - Affordable Housing experience required, including LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit).
• - Previous Community Manager experience preferred.
• - Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart.
• - Experience with property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other current technologies.
• - Strong understanding of financial reporting, including Profit & Loss Statements, General Ledgers, budgets, and variance reporting.
• - Experience managing rent collections, delinquency, and occupancy goals.
• - Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies.
