• We’re seeking a strategic but hands-on Brand Marketing Director to lead commercial brand marketing across R+F’s omnichannel business. This role is central to the success of the brand delivering cohesive brand strategy, launching product innovation, and driving best-in-class campaigns that connect storytelling to business results.
• You’ll balance strategic, creative and analytical thinking, own programs from concept through execution, and lead a team of three across brand marketing.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Campaigns
• Lead brand strategy and develop integrated campaigns that build awareness, equity, and engagement and drive conversion through the funnel across channels.
• Oversee content and creative asset development, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business goals, and retail needs.
• Translate strategy into clear briefs and drive execution in partnership with internal teams and agencies.
• Manage paid media and marketing plans to ensure delivery of brand KPIs.
• Portfolio Management
• Partner with the VP of Marketing to shape long-term portfolio strategy and identify priorities and white space.
• Translate insights and trends into a high-performing product portfolio in collaboration with R&D and other key partners.
• Own go-to-market planning and commercialization for all new launches.
• Promotions & Commercial Programs
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth Marketing to ensure programs drive conversion and align with channel objectives.
• Track and analyze results to inform optimizations and future planning.
• Support promotional strategies across DTC, retail, and Amazon.
• Business & Performance Management
• Own brand position on consumer demand and consumption across all channels of the business.
• Lead annual marketing calendar planning, optimizing across innovation, core business, and promotions.
• Monitor campaign, launch, and SKU performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance to ensure all initiatives meet topline, margin, and ROI goals.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor 3 direct reports across brand and commercial functions.
• Set clear priorities, provide ongoing coaching, and support professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture.
• Budget Oversight
• Own the brand marketing budget, including planning, tracking, and reconciling across all programs.
• Make informed decisions on resource allocation across brand-building and performance-driving efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of brand marketing experience in beauty; skincare preferred, ideally in the premium space.
• Proven success leading campaigns, launches, and promotions that drive both brand equity and business results.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; comfortable owning budgets and performance metrics.
• Experience developing plans end-to-end — from strategy through creative execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
