• LaPrairie Crane is currently looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta.
• The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
• This role will be supporting LaPrairie Crane, Capstan Hauling, ENTREC Alberta, and Northland Fleet Services groups.

Responsibilities

• Record and manage equipment documents: set up of new equipment and disposals.
• Ensure all data systems are current and accurate.
• Review and process annual equipment and vehicle registrations and prorate renewals.
• Assist in annual corporate asset insurance renewal process.
• Handle requests and queries from operations (managers) & maintenance (service writers) in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare various fleet-related reports for internal review by accountants and executive.
• Manage fuel cards and prepare and analyze monthly fuel usage.
• Review and file quarterly IFTA reports.
• Maintain and complete AMVIC and CVIP renewals.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany equipment rental agreements.
• Prepare and coordinate the monthly rental purchase orders.
• Assist accounting with equipment revenue and cost analysis.
• Oversee annual asset, equipment and vehicle counts to confirm locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience with fleet administration.
• Previous experience working with asset and/or fleet management programs.
• Above average proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office is required.
• Experience plating equipment an asset.
