• How you will contribute
• The Digital Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships across Asure's portfolio. This role combines outbound prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, account management, and pipeline development to drive revenue growth and exceed assigned sales goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer focus, a competitive drive to achieve results, and a desire to build a successful sales career in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects through working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, inbound inquiries, referrals, and business development activities.
• Contribute directly to revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, social selling, and other channels to generate new opportunities.
• Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries, web leads, and existing customer requests.
• Develop proposals, present pricing, negotiate terms, and close business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline for forecasting and opportunity management.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, business challenges, and growth objectives.
• Present software demonstrations and solution overviews through virtual and phone-based presentations.
• Recommend solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across assigned product offerings.
• Effectively communicate value propositions, key differentiators, and return on investment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, existing clients, referral sources, channel partners, and reseller partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Financial Advisors, Insurance Brokers, and other business partners where applicable.
• Maintain and grow business accounts through consultative relationship management.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Utilize sales technology platforms including Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, HubSpot/Pardot, Gong, or similar systems to manage activities and opportunities.
• Accurately document sales activity, customer interactions, pipeline progression, and forecasting information within CRM systems.
• Leverage sales tools and virtual meeting platforms to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Maintain current knowledge of Asure products, services, market trends, and competitive solutions.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; we value demonstrated ability, initiative, and potential.
• Experience with collegiate sales programs, sales or marketing-focused internships, competitions, certifications, leadership roles, athletics, or similar experiences is valued.
• Prior sales, marketing, recruiting, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Driven, energetic, competitive, and motivated to succeed.
• Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• 1-2+ years of experience in quota-driven B2B sales, SaaS sales, HCM, HR Technology, Recruiting Technology, Advertising Sales, Payroll Sales, Marketing, or consultative selling environments preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.
• Experience using virtual selling tools such as Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, SalesLoft, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, or similar technologies preferred.

• The on target earning (OTE) for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.
