Responsibilities

• Architect And Design Comprehensive Configuration Management Solutions Using Itil Principles And Tools Such As Bmc Remedy And Servicenow, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Standards.
• Train And Mentor Team Members On Configuration Management Best Practices And Itil Processes, Fostering A Knowledgeable Workforce And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
• Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Configuration Management Solutions, Leveraging Platforms Like Avanti And Ca Service Desk To Meet Client Needs Effectively.
• Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In Configuration Management, Ensuring Solutions Are Innovative, Current, And Of The Highest Quality To Meet Client Requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: 12-15 years
• In-Depth Knowledge Of Configuration Management And Itil Frameworks.
• Proficiency In Service Management Tools Such As Servicenow, Bmc Remedy, And Ca Service Desk.
• Strong Analytical Skills For Gathering Specifications And Understanding Client Needs.
• Excellent Communication And Mentoring Abilities To Develop Team Skills Effectively.
• Itil Certification (Optional But Valuable)
