• Senior Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing Construction Projects
• Location: Dallas, Texas, Onsite
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Work Setting: Project Sites / Office

Responsibilities

• Manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare project budgets, GMPs, and/or hard bids.
• Manage project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Recent experience working directly for a medium to large-sized commercial General Contractor.
• Strong Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing project financials.
• Ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to prepare project budgets, GMPs, and/or hard bids.
• Experience with construction means and methods.
• Strong understanding of construction project processes.
• Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours when required by project needs.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate when project requirements dictate.
