• Automotive Technician / Mechanic
• Location:
• 4075 E. Cottonwood Ln. Phoenix, AZ 85048
• We are looking for a technician / mechanic who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude. The technician we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. We are a drama-free shop that values collaboration over egos.

Responsibilities

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Senior Techs mentor newer mechanics and contribute to a supportive shop culture
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest concerns
• Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred (L1, A1-A8), or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Consistently deliver efficient, high-quality repairs
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

Required

• Drive manual transmissions vehicles

Preferred

• ASE Certifications (L1, A1-A8)
