• Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Skilled Trades Recruiters to join the team in Austin, TX.
• PAY: $40,000-$55,000 per year plus monthly incentive bonus (pay is based on experience)
• HOURS: 40+ hours per week
• START DATE: ASAP
• We are seeking a Skilled Trade Staffing Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team! This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. This position is a great opportunity for someone to learn recruiting. This is an entry-level recruiting position with limitless room for career growth.
• The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented position. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work. This is not a typical 9-5 position, this position requires occasional evening and weekend time when we are working against a deadline to staff a project. We are looking for a highly motivated, quick learning individual who works well with a team.
• Excellent earning potential: salary + incentives, benefits, 401k w/employer match. Salary commensurate with experience.
• Staffing and recruiting experience is preferred but not necessary. Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Requirements

• Previous experience in fast-paced high volume customer service, recruiting experience, or other related experience
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual preferred but not required
