Responsibilities
- • Assists with in office procedures
- • Collects vitals, weight, and patient information and completes any initial testing in preparation for provider
- • Completes medication reconciliation
- • Orders any testing or labs requested by provider
- • Completes all Prior Authorizations for tests and surgeries ordered
- • Efficiently conducts check-in, check-out, and rescheduling procedures as needed
- • Prepare meds for injections
- • Call patients with results
- • Complete FMLA paperwork
- • Maintain stock
- • Scan/index medical records
- • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education Experience: HS Graduate or Equivalent
- Years of Related Experience: < 1 Year
- License/Certificate Required: Yes
- Driver's License Required: Yes
