Responsibilities
- ✔️ Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand.
- ✔️ Generate leads through conversations and community engagement.
- ✔️ Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
- ✔️ Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party.
- ✔️ Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.
Requirements
- Outgoing and energetic personality—you love talking to people!
- Organized and detail-oriented—you get things done efficiently.
- Service-minded & team-oriented—you thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Professional and self-motivated—you take initiative and lead by example.
- Effective communicator—both in person and online.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.
- Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation
