• Looking for an Awesome Job Opportunity This Holiday Season? Today might be your lucky day!
• Shugarman’s Bath is hiring an energetic Promoter / Brand Ambassador to represent our company at Shops at Ontario Mills from November 1st, 2026 through December 30th or January 4, 2027.
• Earn $20/hour + $100 for every qualified appointment that results in an in-home consultation with one of our Design Consultants!
• We’re looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching shoppers and starting conversations. Your goal is simple: create interest and book FREE in-home consultations.
• You’re not selling bathrooms or closing remodeling projects. And remember: the more “YES” you get, the more you can earn!
• This is an active role where you’ll be on your feet, meeting shoppers and representing a growing local company throughout the holiday season.
• Plus, there may be an opportunity to turn this seasonal position into a permanent role after the holidays!

Responsibilities

• You’ll be on your feet and interacting with shoppers throughout your shift. You’ll:
• Approach shoppers and start conversations
• Ask questions and see if they’re interested in remodeling
• Tell them a little about Shugarman’s Bath
• Answer basic questions
• Schedule appointments for our Design Consultants (MAIN GOAL)
• Keep the booth looking clean and welcoming
• This is NOT a sit-behind-the-table-and-wait-for-people-to-come-to-you job.

Requirements

• Friendly and comfortable talking to strangers
• Confident and energetic
• Highly motivated by goals and making more money
• Reliable and shows up when they say they will
• Comfortable using a phone to schedule appointments
• Comfortable being on your feet for several hours
• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the country.
• Previous Experience in retail sales, inside sales, outside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, hospitality sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role is a strong fit.
• Reliable transportation is required for this position.
