• The Storage Services Financial and Compliance Analyst is a member of the EPEO Storage Services team, supporting Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Data Protection as a Service (DPaaS) offerings. This role combines financial stewardship, compliance oversight, and vendor management to enable the ongoing growth and optimization of Ford's global storage services portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support financial and capacity planning, reporting, and forecasting activities for StaaS and DPaaS
• Manage LRT (Long Range Target) and PO (Purchase Order) creation, along with invoice reconciliation
• Conduct compliance and metrics record reviews to ensure adherence to service standards
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Perform tax and accounting reconciliations related to storage services
• Support current and future planning activities for the global expansion and adaptation of Storage as a Service
• Create and manage Jira planning artifacts, including user stories and backlog items

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial and capacity planning and reporting
• 4+ years of experience in LRT/PO creation and invoice reconciliation
• 4+ years of experience in compliance and metrics records review
• 4+ years of experience managing supplier and VAR relationships
• 4+ years of experience with tax and accounting reconciliations
• Understanding of, and willingness to learn, Ford financial processes and methodologies (e.g., consumption, demand management, ITSAs, purchase orders, forecasting)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Service, Asset, and Configuration Management (SACM) processes, tools, and data
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings clearly to management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of business and IT management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to integrity in all actions
• Knowledge of Procurement and Ford Purchasing processes
• Familiarity with EPEO ORB (Operational Review Board) processes
• Hands-on experience with Jira

• This position is a salary grade 5 – salary grade 8 and ranges from $65,100-$166,200.
• Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
