Job description

• As a member of Ford's Global Digital team, the Digital Analytics & Optimization Platform Architect will be responsible for designing and governing digital analytics solutions that support business growth, customer experience optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• This individual will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Privacy, and regional teams to establish scalable measurement frameworks, support experimentation and personalization initiatives, and ensure high-quality digital data across Ford's global digital ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target with strong technical knowledge of data collection, tagging, web analytics, experimentation, and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance scalable digital measurement frameworks across web and mobile platforms using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and tag management solutions.
• Modernize analytics implementations by establishing consistent tracking, validation, and data governance standards.
• Partner with business and analytics stakeholders to ensure data collection supports KPI reporting, customer journey analysis, and actionable insights.
• Enable experimentation and personalization initiatives by implementing and measuring A/B tests, audience targeting, and success metrics.
• Define and maintain event taxonomies, data layer standards, tagging requirements, naming conventions, and implementation documentation.
• Ensure data collection practices comply with privacy regulations and consent management requirements, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design, implementation reviews, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, measurement strategy, analytics implementation, or digital platform architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile analytics, tag management, data layers, and event-driven measurement architecture.
• Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation programs, including implementation, quality assurance, and measurement design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser debugging tools, and API integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and technical documentation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Knowledge of Adobe Web SDK, server-side tracking, and enterprise data governance practices.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, or behavioral data platforms.
• Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or related Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
• Experience supporting digital commerce, customer experience, or automotive digital platforms.
