Responsibilities

• -Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
• -Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• -Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
• - Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
• - Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
• -Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Requirements

• -Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• -Valid BCBA Certification
• -Applicable license to practice within Georgia
• -1+ years of experience as a BCBA
• -Strong leadership skills
• -Strong oral and written communication skills
• Board certified behavior analyst certification (Required)

• Target earnings $90,000-$131,000 annually
