Job description

• Location: St. Louis OnSite=
• Duration - 6 months +
• As a Java Architect, you will be the development lead on the client projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversee all technical activities relating to architecture including directing the design team, reviewing drafts, and approving design changes.
• Responsibilities: create, maintain and govern architectural views and blueprints depicting the enterprise and IT landscape in its current, transitional and future state
• recommend long-term direction on strategic advancements within the technical portfolio
• build a community of practice for solutions architecture while leveraging architectural tools, processes and practices
• define and maintain standards for artifacts containing architectural content within the operating model
• offer insight, guidance and direction on the usage of emerging trends and technical capabilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with system installation, configuration and operations
• 8+ years of software or DB development with a focus on Java development tools and technologies
• Should be well versed in supporting high availability web applications by developing analytical models; completing validation tests.
