• We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Newbury Operation Centre, RG19 6HN.
• You’ll be working from Monday to Friday with no bank holiday working, so you’ll benefit from a great work-life balance and have more time to yourself.
• Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames.
• They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
• The salary for this position is £29,436 per annum.
