- At 1st In Smiles Dental , we believe exceptional patient experiences start at the front desk. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.
- Schedule : Monday - Wednesday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday 7:45 am - 3:15 pm

Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Presenting treatment plans
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years dental front office experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
