- SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel is looking for someone who loves people, thrives on relationship-building, and wants to help grow a respected local brand.
- You’ll be out in the community meeting insurance professionals, property managers, realtors, business owners, and local partners - building trust, creating opportunities, and helping us become the go-to restoration company across Northern Monmouth County.

Responsibilities
- Building relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, realtors, and commercial partners
- Attending networking events, trade shows, chamber events, and community functions
- Creating new business opportunities through outreach, follow-up, and in-person meetings
- Representing SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel in the local market
- Helping coordinate events, promotions, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns
- Tracking activity and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Working closely with leadership and operations to deliver an excellent customer experience
