Job description

• Under the direction of your supervisor, this position is accountable for assisting office efforts with leads, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
• The anticipated timeline for this position is June through early September.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by supervisors
• Assists with calling leads and leasing efforts
• Assist in communication with residents to schedule, coordinate, or follow-up on work orders
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers through the facilitation and implementation of company-wide customer centric programs and initiatives
• Actively involved in ensuring first-class property curb appeal for all properties
• Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws
