Job description

• The Product Sales Manager-NR will play a crucial role in the bank's retail business, focusing on Non-Resident (NR) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer acquisition. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide the team to excel in sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The manager will work closely with the department's leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring the team's success and the bank's growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to target NR and NRI customers, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and other bank departments, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct and customer service.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
