This outpatient radiology department is hiring a Medical Radiologic Technologist to perform general radiography, DEXA, and C-arm imaging in the OR, with cross-training that builds a broader skill set than a single-modality role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for general radiography, DEXA, and OR C-arm procedures
• Operate imaging equipment and adjust exposure settings for diagnostic-quality images
• Apply ALARA principles for radiation safety, including collimation and shielding
• Maintain sterile technique during OR C-arm cases
• Work within PACS, RIS, and EMS systems
• Perform equipment quality assurance checks and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with the broader radiology team to keep patient flow moving efficiently

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Radiography
• Current ARRT certification and registration
• Active state licensure as required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• New graduates welcome; 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required
• Outpatient and OR/C-arm imaging experience a plus
