Central Trading Analyst at Tower Research Capital in Gift City

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Tower’s automated trading systems during Indian market hours across multiple exchanges while working in rotational shifts.
• Contributing to regulatory reporting, audit requests, inspections, internal controls, and the preparation and maintenance of related documentation.
• Designing and implementing trading and operations-related dashboards, reports, trackers, and data tools to support monitoring, analysis, and decision-making.
• Optimizing operational processes by identifying manual or repetitive activities and developing dashboards, reports, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Developing ad hoc reports and supporting miscellaneous job-related activities as assigned.
• Managing assigned projects and recurring activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery in accordance with established procedures and agreed timelines.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in computer science, complemented by relevant industry experience, or a postgraduate degree or specialization in finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of Indian capital-market regulations, SEBI guidelines, exchange circulars, and exchange procedures; NISM Series XVI, VIII, and VII certifications are preferred.
• Experience or exposure to a high-frequency trading (HFT) or algorithmic trading environment, with familiarity with risk controls across equities, futures, options, and commodities markets, is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, R, or other data-analysis tools; experience with Linux is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate data, process, and operational issues.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
