• We’re looking for a skilled Regional Product Manager for Supply Planning to analyze and improve our business processes, tools, and systems. This role requires strong expertise in business operations and enterprise systems to ensure efficient and effective workflows.

• You’ll bridge supply chain operations and technology, optimizing our planning systems for efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate will reimagine workflows, collaborate across teams, champion change, and implement digital solutions that enhance operations and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Assess current planning processes and pain points in partnership with business stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to define future-state workflows aligned with best practices and strategic goals.
• Provide subject matter expertise on specific business functions and translate business needs into functional system requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, E2E planning, and customer supply, to align business processes with organizational goals.
• Process Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update business process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Enable Tool Implementation & Enhancement: Partner with Digital Technologies, external vendors, and business SMEs to design, configure, test, and deploy planning solutions (e.g., Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder). Focus on fit-for- purpose tools that reinforce process standardization and agility
• Define and evolve the product roadmap for your functional planning area.
• Manage backlogs, write user stories, and prioritize features that improve process performance, decision making agility, and Associate experience.
• Assist in driving change initiatives by ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. · Onboarding and training: Execute functional onboarding and training of new associates and key users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Business Administration
• 5 years in Supply Planning/Demand Planning/MRP or Supply Chain Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel/Access/PowerPoint)
• Ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams and identify opportunities for improvement of WoW, standards, processes, systems and propose and implement changes
• Ability to draw insights from data and develop collaborative solutions for challenges.
• Skilled at process and project management · High decision quality in a fast-paced environment
• High learning agility to utilize data systems
• Ability to travel 30% of the time
• Experience in PMO/Change Management/ Transforming Supply Chain
• Technical proficiency in SAP, Advanced Planning Systems (JDA/OMP/Kinaxis), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
