Job description

• We are seeking an experienced and well-versed Marketing Executive to join the team as the business enters its next phase of growth and development. The role will primarily focus on the development and delivery of marketing campaigns to support our market leading brands. The role will report into Head of Marketing and work closely with Marketing Managers to implement effective campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments supporting the overall strategic marketing plan
• Develop and implement content to drive engagement, event attendance and audience growth across digital channels
• Ensure all event campaigns and creative assets are consistent and meet brand guidelines
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns and activities within each event’s marketing schedule, timelines, targets and budgets
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance to align with campaign objectives
• Attend events as part of the onsite team, delivering all aspects of the event experience
• Maintain various databases (via HubSpot) on an ongoing basis, including data segmentation, importing and exporting data, and managing subscriptions
• All other marketing tasks and responsibilities as required
• Collaborate with internal teams to source, shape and schedule engaging content that drives attendance and enhances the visitor experience
• Work on event websites ensuring content is accurate and updated as required
• Research and produce industry relevant content for newsletters, blogs, and email campaigns
• Assist with all aspects of email marketing campaigns (via Foundry & HubSpot), including building email templates, managing data and lists, copywriting, and producing assets
• Brief external designers on required campaign assets from initial concept through to delivery
• Creating, scheduling and in-platform posting of organic social media content in-line with campaign objectives and guidelines
• Manage social media ‘Community Engagement’ encompassing monitoring and responding to page interactions, post comments
• Work with external media, advertising, digital, and creative agencies across all campaigns

Requirements

• Experience planning and executing content marketing campaigns
• Experience booking and managing advertising campaigns and media partnerships
• Experience working with and segmenting data
• Experience working across multi-channel B2B & B2C marketing campaigns an advantage
• Experience working on events/exhibition/conference projects an advantage
• Strong digital marketing experience essential
