- This role supports the Talc Claims Resolution Program (TCRP) and performs high-volume claimant record entry, validation, cleanup, and reconciliation using established procedures. The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurate system updates, clear documentation of completed work, and prompt escalation of missing, inconsistent, or unclear information.
- POSITION LOCATION: Remote
Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Claimant Record Maintenance
- Enter and update claimant information in designated TCRP systems, trackers, and workflow tools.
- Process claimant updates from approved source documents and authorized work queues.
- Apply updates exactly as submitted and in accordance with documented TCRP procedures.
- Maintain clear notes and audit trails for all records processed.
- Data Validation and Quality Control
- Compare source information to current system records before saving changes.
- Confirm required fields are complete and data is entered in the correct format.
- Identify duplicate, missing, conflicting, or potentially inaccurate information.
- Complete assigned quality checks and correct errors within the analyst’s authorized scope.
- Backlog and Work Queue Processing
- Process high-volume TCRP work queues according to assigned priorities and turnaround expectations.
- Support claimant data cleanup, reconciliation, and backlog remediation activities.
- Track completed, pending, and escalated items using approved logs or reporting tools.
- Meet productivity expectations while maintaining required accuracy and documentation standards.
- Issue Identification and Escalation
- Place items in the appropriate pending or exception status when information is incomplete or cannot be validated.
- Escalate complex discrepancies, document questions, system issues, and process exceptions to TCRP Operations leadership.
- Support case administration without making legal, eligibility, claim-value, or policy decisions.
- Confidentiality and Process Compliance
- Protect confidential claimant, firm, and program information in accordance with established requirements.
- Adhere to approved access, data handling, quality control, and documentation requirements.
- Utilize only authorized systems, source documents, and communication channels.
- Complete required training and follow updated procedures as communicated.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior data entry, records processing, claims support, legal operations, or administrative experience.
- Demonstrated ability to enter and review high volumes of information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to follow written procedures and apply consistent data-entry rules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and web-based systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage assigned queues, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
