• QA / Management Analyst – State Agency – $25/hr W2 – Phoenix, Mostly Remote – 1 Year
• SunSoftOnline is hiring an eServices Management Analyst for an Arizona state agency's Taxpayer Services division.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and quality assurance testing. Conducting analysis and QA testing of eServices programs, services, policies, procedures, and processes to identify and eliminate non-value-added steps. Planning and conducting analyses of problems or improvement opportunities. Defining needs by conferring with agency staff and outside entities. Developing and conducting surveys, compiling information, documenting and analyzing findings, and preparing comprehensive reports with recommendations. Presenting recommendations to management and coordinating implementation. Developing and conducting QA test plans.
• Technical support. Building QA testing plans, conducting testing and analysis of systems, and providing helpdesk services to internal customers, troubleshooting concerns and providing consultation.
• Compliance and continuous improvement. Staying current on laws, regulations, policies, and best practices related to taxation through research, industry membership, and continuing education. Applying lean principles within the Arizona Management System. Contributing to unit policies, procedures, and operational manuals. Completing periodic metrics, projects, and reports.

Requirements

• Quality Assurance testing
• SQL, MS SQL Server Management Studio
• Analysis of technology and information systems
• Strong analytical skills: collecting relevant data, organizing and synthesizing it into fundamental issues, identifying probable causes, and developing options and solutions
• Preferred: one or more years in tax-related service or administration · bachelor's degree in business, computer information systems, or a related field · Azure DevOps.
