Job description
- Application
- About Mecka AI
- Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI.
- We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
- We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware.
- Our global data capture supply originates directly from specialized sales, business development, and field partner management teams across active regional markets who identify, recruit, onboard, and retain high-value commercial enterprise partners, merchants, and field venue site partners. As the Sales Operations and Analytics Lead, you will architect, build, and scale the operational engine powering these front-line commercial teams worldwide.
- Your scope will cover the complete revenue and acquisition stack: designing and deploying comprehensive performance analytics dashboards, establishing target allocation models and variable commission/incentive structures, leading bottom-up market sizing and target account list generation, optimizing cross-market resource allocation, maintaining CRM health and data hygiene, and publishing the definitive weekly executive business review consumed by senior executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Reporting: Architect and maintain end-to-end sales analytics infrastructure, automating weekly performance dashboards for every global market, territory, and individual manager to track funnel efficiency, velocity, and conversion.
- Targets and incentives: Design, model, and administer regional quota systems, target allocation methodologies, and variable incentive compensation plans, partnering closely with finance and HR to calculate accurate monthly and quarterly commission payouts.
- Account planning: Perform structured Total Addressable Market sizing, segment prioritization, and lead scoring models by country and tier, delivering pre-vetted target account lists to field acquisition teams.
- System of record: Serve as the primary system administrator and owner for the merchant and partner CRM, enforcing strict pipeline stage definitions, data enrichment standards, and workflow automation rules.
- Business review: Manage operational resource allocation across active expansion markets and author the core executive Weekly Business Review packet detailing performance trends, operational bottlenecks, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 to 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, strategy & planning, management consulting, or commercial analytics within high-growth marketplace, SaaS, or field sales organizations.
- Technical skills: Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation, expert financial/data modeling in spreadsheets, and hands-on experience constructing executive-facing dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Incentive design: Proven experience modeling, implementing, and managing variable compensation, commission, and quota systems, with a thorough understanding of behavioral incentives and financial risk management.
- Industry: Background in supply-side acquisition, merchant growth, or partner management at a major multi-sided marketplace, hyper-local logistics provider, or delivery tech platform.

- Our Compensation Philosophy
- Mecka uses industry benchmark data to establish compensation bands for all roles. The salary range listed for a position reflects the expected total wage range for the role. This includes base salary and on-target incentives, where applicable and may span multiple career levels. Final compensation is determined during the interview process based on factors such as experience, skills, scope, and role level. In addition to base salary, total rewards may include equity, health and wellness benefits, and other company programs. Full details will be shared during the interview process.
- Compensation is region specific and will potentially be different based on the location where the candidate is hired.
