• A leading Arkansas personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage the day-to-day operations of cases headed for trial. This position will support attorneys handling sensitive litigation matters involving survivors of sex trafficking and sexual abuse. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of cases headed for trial
• Support attorneys handling sensitive litigation matters involving survivors of sex trafficking and sexual abuse

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred
• Experience with case management software strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, compassionate, and client-focused
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
