- Job Description: We are seeking a sales representative for our Design studio in Matthews and Monroe, NC; as a Sales Associate at Pro-Tops, you will be vital in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements
