Responsibilities
- Run your station through the rush: cook to spec, plate with pride, and send out food that earns its reputation one ticket at a time. You'll follow recipes and procedures exactly, keep your station clean and stocked as you go, and communicate with the line like a teammate, because none of us succeeds without all of us.
