Responsibilities
- Asset + File Management
- Create, organize, and maintain visual assets across multiple projects
- Build structured, easy-to-navigate workflows for both design and production teams
- Design & Production Support
- Partner closely with design and production teams to ensure consistency from concept to final deliverable
- Translate creative direction into clear, detailed production mechanicals
- Presentation + Storytelling
- Build polished presentation decks in Figma that communicate concepts and production specs
- Maintain and manage graphic decks across multiple active projects
- Mechanicals + Specifications
- Develop mechanical files based on approved designs and production requirements
- Prepare documentation for print production including material specs and sampling notes
- Ensure files are production-ready: color management, resolution, bleeds, crop marks, dielines
- Workflow + Project Coordination
- Track the lifecycle of creative and production tasks from kickoff to delivery
- Help build and refine handoff processes between creative and production
- Juggle multiple projects at once with strong time management and attention to detail
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and/or production design
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file hygiene
- Collaborative mindset — confident making design calls and supporting the team
- Understanding of print production processes and materials
- Experience creating clear, client-facing presentations
- Experience with environmental graphics, retail, or experiential projects
- Interest in material exploration, sampling, and fabrication
- Background working in small, fast-moving creative teams
