• You know the difference between a post that looks good and a post that travels, and you've proven it on accounts you've grown yourself. In this role, you'll own the content strategy for our established IP accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and whatever comes next. You bring the idea and the brief, and our AI production team brings it to life. Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy for HyperMuse's established IP accounts, from positioning to day-to-day execution.
• Build content calendars and platform-specific plans for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Translate characters, worlds, and storylines into content people share, not just scroll past.
• Track trends, formats, platform changes, and cultural moments, and act on them while they still matter.
• Test hooks, formats, posting cadence, and storytelling structures on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze account and content performance, and turn insights into clear next moves.
• Write sharp creative briefs and direction for HyperMuse's production team.
• Keep momentum on every IP, finding solutions independently rather than waiting on a large support structure.
• Bring your social and content thinking to HyperMuse's represented AI artists and third-party IPs.
• Spot collaboration opportunities with creators, brands, and partners across the Dulcedo network.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in social media or content strategy, with a real track record of growing accounts. You have the results, and you can walk us through them.
• You've worked at an agency, in the creator economy, entertainment, or digital media, or at a social-native brand.
• You have a deep, current understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and platform culture.
• You can explain why content performed and turn that insight into the next idea.
• You pair strong creative instincts with an analytical, performance-driven mindset.
• You're comfortable with platform analytics and performance reporting.
• You take a hands-on approach, preferring to build and ship rather than manage from a distance.
• You're obsessively online, naturally curious, and plugged into emerging formats and internet culture.
• AI fluency is an asset, but social and content expertise comes first.
• You have examples of accounts or content you've grown, with results, ready to share.
