- Salary position, plus Car Allowance + Company Gas Card
- Industry: Janitorial / Environmental Services (EVS)
- The District Manager – Quality Assurance & Operations is responsible for supporting janitorial and Environmental Services (EVS) operations across multiple customer locations throughout West Michigan. This position combines quality assurance, client service, employee leadership, training, and hands-on operational support to ensure facilities consistently meet company standards and customer specifications.
- The District Manager will conduct routine quality inspections, identify and address service deficiencies, support Site Managers and Supervisors, assist with staffing and training, and provide operational coverage when needed. This position will also work closely with the other Managers to resolve operational challenges and maintain strong customer relationships.

- The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader who understands commercial cleaning and quality control and is comfortable working across multiple locations.
- This individual should be able to walk into a facility, recognize service or quality concerns, determine what needs to be corrected, professionally communicate with the customer, coach employees and supervisors, and partner with the District Manager to implement solutions.
- Success in this position requires someone who is organized, accountable, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced field environment.
