• White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Medical Supply Clerk. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. We feature annual merit increase, full time benefits, paid time off, holiday premiums, a beautiful work environment.
• The purpose of this position is to maintain, order and provide supplies needed to administer services and charges rendered to residents. This role manages all medical inventory supplies to ensures adequate and sufficient supplies are readily available. Works directly with various medical vendors and tracks monthly orders and maintains par levels. Processes billing of supplies and maintains medical budgets and inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, order and provide supplies needed to administer services and charges rendered to residents
• Manage all medical inventory supplies to ensure adequate and sufficient supplies are readily available
• Work directly with various medical vendors and track monthly orders and maintain par levels
• Process billing of supplies and maintain medical budgets and inventory levels

Requirements

• Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent with a knowledge of computer fundamentals, experience in inventory control and ordering. Requires organizational skills, follow policy and procedures and be versatile to cross-train with other duties. Medical terminology would be a plus. Certified Nurse Aide experience would be a plus. Experience in long term care a plus.
