- As a Procure to Pay Analyst (French Language), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices, employee expenses and vendor payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with internal stakeholders and French-speaking vendors, you will support financial control, maintain accurate accounting records and ensure a high standard of service delivery across the procure-to-pay function.

Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process
- Ensuring supplier invoices, employee expenses and vendor payments are processed accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and French-speaking vendors
- Supporting financial control
- Maintaining accurate accounting records
- Ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the procure-to-pay function
Requirements
- Finance & Accounts Payable Expertise
- Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay role would be desirable
- Experience processing invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations and expense claims
- Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (accounting qualification desirable)
- French Language & Communication Skills
- Fluent verbal and written French language skills are essential
- Ability to communicate confidently with French-speaking vendors and employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Technical & Organisational Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when processing financial transactions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing business demands
