• The shift timing will be 9:00 pm to 6:00 am IST.
• This role is a 12 month contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks with a 3 month probation period.
• Note: Looking for a core onboarding resource who has worked on Offer Management,BGV, I9, Onboarding and not recruitment profile.

You would be required to support Onboarding and Coordination teams as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires by ensuring all aspects of onboarding are completed accurately and timely including
• management of offer generation
• management of background checks & identify verification through a third party vendor
• and management of accurate onboarding data in Workday Recruit, and other systems like Service Now, Docusign, etc
• Adhere to processes and adjudication guidelines, but have the ability to think outside the box for issues that arise outside stated guidelines and provide recommendations to lead prior to moving forward.
• Manage and provide early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and help to implement long-term solutions
• Serve as a key member and active participant of the Staffing Operations team, offering ideas and suggestions to address gaps/roadblocks and present scalable solutions
• Own the entire new hire's onboarding experience including: coordinate via Workday Onboarding platform and email with new hires regarding onboarding requirements, background check documentation, Welcome Day, and ensure all required information is returned in a timely manner
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for new hires by ensuring all aspects of hiring are completed accurately and timely including
• Managing high volume interview scheduling for our Talent Acquisition team (following USA working hours)
• Maintain a consistent follow up with interviewers and candidates throughout the hiring process in order to enhance positive hiring experience
• Partner with the recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Provide support for a variety of administrative activities requiring knowledge of organizational procedures, methodologies, and business practices
• Provide enthusiastic guidance and communication to potential hires, interview teams and hiring managers as it relates to the interview scheduling and logistics throughout the interview process.
• Actively maintain and update regional talent acquisition operations training guides and standard operating procedures documents
• Conduct facilitation for new hires and assist in the coordination and execution of talent development programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications
• Act as a liaison between program participants, facilitators, and leadership to ensure open communication and address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of program participants, materials, and feedback
• Manage the day-to-day of the Employee Referral Program and Rehire Eligibility process, ensuring critical workflows move quickly and accurately.

Requirements

• ● Experience with an AI scheduling platform, Offer generation and onboarding experience.
• ● Experience with Workday Recruiting data, Interview scheduling, and reporting
