• The Senior Accountant position is an opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional to join a dynamic public

• process and technology. This individual will report directly to the Corporate Senior Accounting Manager and work cross
• functionally across the broader finance team with financial planning, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, treasury,
• payroll and the divisions across the Company.
• As a Senior Accountant, you will participate in a broad range of activities related to full-cycle general ledger accounting
• in our corporate accounting team. The Senior Accountant will analyze financial data to identify issues and
• inconsistencies, assist in internal and external financial reporting and implement and maintain consistent accounting
• policy and procedure across our varied businesses.
• This position will require the ability to drive change and contribute to automation improvement initiatives of manual
• processes to produce consistent, timely and accurate financial results and reporting.
• Time zone: United States (East Coast)

Responsibilities

• ● Recording and managing general ledger transactions related to software capitalization, payroll, prepaid, debt,
• insurance, amortization, allocations, intercompany, etc.
• ● Recording and managing general ledger transactions related to operating expenses across business units and
• ensuring intercompany transactions are appropriate.
• ● Ability to research general ledger transactions in subledgers and with other teams.
• ● Ownership over specific accounts and tasks for daily operations (e.g. allocations, benefits, etc.)
• ● Preparation of certain roll forward account analysis, income statement account analysis and other account
• reconciliations.
• ● Assist in the preparation of financial statement support and other duties in relation to the public issuance of our
• filings with the SEC.
• ● Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Company policy and
• accepted accounting practices.
• ● Responding to accounting and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting business unit and departmental
• financial data.
• ● Completing external audit requests by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information
• for auditors.
• ● Special projects and analysis, as requested.
• ● Protecting the organization's value by keeping financial and operational information confidential.

Requirements

• ● B.S. in Accounting
• ● CPA, or equivalent
• ● Public accounting experience a plus
• ● 5-7 years related experience within a publicly held global, complex company
• ● Experience within a digital media company or related field a plus
• ● Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
• ● Pride in accuracy and attention to detail
• ● Experience with leading ERPs (Oracle Fusion a plus)
• ● Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, especially excel
• ● Exposure and experience in Sarbanes Oxley a plus
• ● A passion for analytical technology a plus (i.e. Power BI, advanced excel skills)
• ● Motivated to improve processes by identifying efficiencies with and without the use of AI

• CPA or equivalent
