Job description

• You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct promoting the Bosch portfolio in the assigned market. You will also become a member of a highly motivated, winning team fostering an inclusive and positive culture. This job will be based out of Chattanooga, TN.
• You will be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with heavy emphasis on signing new York Dealers.
• The selected candidate will develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share. You will represent a company proud to design, assemble and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.

Responsibilities

• You will develop an in depth understanding of our residential and commercial product offering.
• Supporting internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.
• Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins.
• Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary.
• Post-sale support as required.
• Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
• Other duties as directed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Experience supporting the sales team
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
