- Are you the one always hyping up your friends to hit the gym? Do you love helping people move, grow, and feel better? If fitness fuels your energy and you’re looking to break into the industry, this is your chance.
- We’re hiring Sales Associates who are passionate about people, obsessed with progress, and ready to start their journey toward becoming an Orangetheory Coach.
- This isn’t just a front desk job—it’s your launchpad. You’ll learn how a top-tier fitness studio operates, how to connect people to life-changing workouts, and what it takes to lead from the front as a future Coach.
Responsibilities
- Be the upbeat, welcoming face every guest and member remembers
- Share the Orangetheory experience with confidence and energy
- Lead studio tours and help guests understand how OTF delivers results
- Support new guests during their first workout, working alongside our Coaches
- Drive membership sales and build a strong community
- Follow up with leads and foster lasting relationships
- Help keep the studio organized, clean, and inspiring
- Participate in outreach and marketing events that grow your reach and ours
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive, and people-focused
- A strong communicator—on the floor, phone, and digital
- Passionate about fitness and personal growth (even if you’re not a pro yet!)
- Sales-driven and motivated by goals
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-comfortable and organized with follow-up systems
