Job description

• As a Senior Manager of Marketing Effectiveness business unit in NIQ company, you will be the driving force behind how top global FMCG (but not limited to these) companies optimize their media investments. You will own the end-to-end delivery of marketing effectiveness analytical solutions, with a heavy focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) & Matched Market Tests (MMT). This role requires a unique blend of deep analytical expertise, exceptional client-facing relationship skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex internal and external resources to bring insights to life. Your recommendations will directly shape strategic and tactical media investments for some of today’s leading global brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead Media Analytics Engagements: Spearhead the design, execution, and delivery of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and other media effectiveness solutions to answer critical client business questions and optimize their future media spend.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Delivery: Drive all aspects of client engagements by synchronizing resources and timelines across global internal NIQ teams, media agencies, publishers, and clients to ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate Data into Strategy: Transform complex statistical outputs into compelling, pro-active data stories. Clearly explain advanced methodologies to non-technical stakeholders and deliver action-oriented media recommendations.
• Build Executive Client Partnerships: Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives (VPs, Directors, CMOs), navigating complex business challenges, resolving issues, and ensuring ongoing integration of our analytic solutions into their activation strategies.
• Champion Team Excellence: Guide and mentor an international team of experts. Optimize workflows, manage shifting priorities, and proactively identify ways to enhance the Marketing Effectiveness team's capabilities through process improvements and best practices.
• Drive Business Growth: Partner closely with the sales organization to demonstrate the value of our marketing effectiveness analytics, uncovering opportunities to expand client engagements and drive activation-based outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience & Expertise
• Industry & Media Mastery: 6 to 8 years of strategic experience in Analytics, Consulting, Media, Market Research, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Media Analytics & MMM: Deep, hands-on expertise in media effectiveness analytics, with a heavy focus on leading Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and attribution frameworks.
• Executive Client Partnerships: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership (VPs, Directors). Highly adept at navigating complex situations collaboratively and designing bespoke solutions that drive tangible business value.
• Complex Delivery & Orchestration: Demonstrated ability to own and drive multi-faceted initiatives from inception to delivery. Skilled at synchronizing cross-functional resources, managing shifting priorities, and ensuring flawless execution across internal teams, media agencies, and clients.
• Advanced Analytical Acumen: Applies rigorous logic, deductive reasoning, and critical thinking to translate complex data into actionable solutions for manufacturer marketing and CPG business challenges.
• Polished Data Storytelling: A compelling communicator and presenter who effortlessly bridges the gap between technical methodologies and strategic business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Strong people partnering skills dedicated to fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Consistently drives associate skill development, process improvements, and thought leadership with a deep sense of urgency and accountability.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Education+: Advanced degree in an analytics-focused, mathematical, or quantitative discipline is an asset.
• Technical Foundation: Strong foundational background in marketing research with robust knowledge of statistical and data science methodologies, and how to apply them to real-world business objectives.
