- The Residential Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for one or more Hope Network residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served. This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring direct care staff; maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements; and creating a safe, supportive home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and individual success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of one or more residential homes
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor direct care staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements
- Promote a positive home environment that supports independence and personal growth
- Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners
- Oversee medication administration, health monitoring, and quality care practices
- Support personal care and activities of daily living as needed
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and after-hours program needs
- On Call Rotation
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Compassionate, person-centered approach to service delivery
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to quality care, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Ability to build trusting relationships with staff and individuals served
- Associate's Degree in a Human Services-related field
- Previous leadership experience in residential, healthcare, or human services settings
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of related experience if no Associate's Degree
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for staffing and program emergencies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
