• HeyGen's marketing site is the first thing most people see of the product, and one of the highest-leverage growth surfaces we have. Every landing page, pricing page, and signup flow either turns curiosity into an activated user or loses them. We're hiring a Web Product Designer to own that surface end to end.
• This is a marketing-site role first, but not a brand or visual design role. We want someone who has done this work and has worked as a product designer, someone who thinks in funnels, ships experiments, reads the data, and iterates.
• Own HeyGen's marketing surface end to end, working directly with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering
• Join an elite design team with emphasis on ownership, speed and impact, where you decide what gets tested and not just how it looks
• Ship to a site with enough traffic that a hypothesis gets answered in days, and build in code with AI as a core part of the workflow

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Web Design: Own the design of HeyGen's marketing site from concept to production-ready spec. Homepage, product and feature pages, pricing, campaign landing pages, templates, SEO pages, and the handoff into signup and onboarding.
• Growth Partnership: Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering as a true product partner rather than a ticket-taker. Help decide what to test, not just how it looks.
• Experimentation: Design and ship A/B tests and landing page variants. Form hypotheses, define success metrics, read the results, and carry the learnings forward.
• Conversion and Activation: Improve top-of-funnel conversion and the transition into the product through signup, first-run, and activation. Understand how the site connects to retention, not just clicks.
• Concept and Storytelling: Create high-quality concept work, including exploratory directions, bold hero moments, motion, and storytelling that make the product feel as good as it is.
• Mobile-First and Responsive: Design mobile-first and responsive by default. Desktop and mobile are both first-class.
• Build with AI: Use Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools as a core part of your workflow to prototype in code, explore more directions faster, and push designs to production quality without waiting on a handoff.
• Design Systems and Consistency: Maintain and extend the site's design system so pages ship fast without eroding quality, and work with the broader design team to keep the site and the product feeling like one HeyGen.

Requirements

• 3+ years of designing and shipping modern software and web experiences. More is great. Less is fine if the work is exceptional and you're hungry, we care about output and drive more than a résumé
• Proven experience designing marketing sites in production that had to perform, with a clear understanding of the difference between a page that looks good and a page that converts
• Experience working as a product designer, embedded with PMs and engineers, shipping features and living with the consequences
• A proven track record of designing for metrics-driven outcomes, fluent in A/B testing, conversion rate, activation, retention, and top-of-funnel versus bottom-of-funnel
• Experience in visual design, with an insightful understanding of fundamental design elements like typography, layout, color, and motion, and the ability to take a blank canvas and bring a point of view
• Strong systems thinking, building components and patterns rather than one-off pages
• Fluency in AI-assisted design. Very comfortable with Claude Code, Codex, or the equivalent, and able to get production-grade output from it, real shippable web pages rather than rough demos. You treat these tools as a multiplier on your craft and judgment, not a replacement for them
• Mobile and responsive design as second nature
• Comfort with ambiguity, high velocity, and iterating in public. We ship constantly
• Clear communication. You can articulate why a design decision is right, and change your mind when the data says otherwise
• Open-minded, self-driven, strong learner, constantly on the front edge of the industry, bringing the latest insights to the team

Benefits

• $180,000 – $235,000 annually depending on experience and fit. Not representative of total compensation which includes equity and benefits.
