• As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies for our clients,
• helping them grow brand awareness, strengthen their marketing, and drive real traffic to their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to align on strategy and share progress
• Create and publish customized organic and paid content
• Grow and manage the social presence of a portfolio of 90+ small business clients
• Analyze performance reports and share insights with your CGI teammates
• Stay current on the latest platforms, tools, and social media trends

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager
• Ability to troubleshoot Facebook and Meta technical issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and KPIs
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field
• Required: Facebook Blueprint Certification
• 1-2+ years paid social media marketing experience
• 1-2+ years of client experience
• Experience using Sprout Social and Canva

• Starting Salary Range: $42,000 - $45,000
