• Equip Health is seeking a driven and disciplined Business Development Representative to join our Patient Acquisition team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in discovering and building out relationships with providers with the goal of acquiring patient referrals to Equip. This position offers a unique opportunity for autonomy and influence in a mission-driven, fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with regional Clinical Partnerships Representatives to schedule a high volume of qualified meetings that drive referral growth.
• Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective referring providers and clinical practice staff.
• Identify and source new leads from target provider organizations via email, phone, and multi-channel sales approaches.
• Hand off qualified leads and discovery insights to assigned representatives to drive pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, provider interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entry-level; 1+ years sales/success experience preferred, ideally within healthcare.
• Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills with an authentic, consultative style.
• Exceptional organization and time management, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High coachability, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset when managing rejection during high-volume outreach.
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset to measure and refine outreach.
• Ability to thrive in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness for limited travel for training and conferences.
• Reliable high-speed internet and an environment suitable for frequent phone calls.
