Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist patients with account questions, order updates, and navigate the treatment process.
- Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems.
- Resolve issues with empathy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance goals for response times, quality, and patient experience.
Requirements
- Required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with computers and customer support platforms.

- Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, HRT, peptides, or wellness programs.
