• As Modern Workplace Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the technologies that colleagues rely on every day. Working within a high-performing Modern Workplace Operations team, you'll provide advanced support across Microsoft 365, end-user computing, identity services and workplace technologies, helping deliver a seamless technology experience across AustralianSuper's growing global footprint.
• This role goes beyond traditional support. You'll investigate complex issues, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with vendors and project teams, and contribute to automation and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll also have opportunities to build expertise across modern workplace technologies while helping shape how technology services evolve in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support across Microsoft 365, modern workplace technologies and end-user computing services.
• Resolve complex incidents, service requests and technical issues escalated from first-line support teams.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, investigate root causes and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to change, release and continuous improvement initiatives across workplace technologies.
• Support technology projects, deployments, upgrades and operational enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge articles, procedures and documentation while helping uplift team capability.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and modern tooling to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT support, workplace technology, endpoint management or infrastructure operations.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
• Experience supporting modern workplace, collaboration and productivity technologies.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with service management tools and operational support practices.
• Exposure to AI technologies, particularly Microsoft AI capabilities and Copilot technologies.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve.
• Experience with PowerShell, automation, SCCM, Intune, MDM or MAM technologies.
• Experience supporting global or geographically dispersed teams.
• Copilot Studio experience.
