- Toll Brothers , America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Human Resources Services Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at our corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
- The HR Services Coordinator will perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department in the areas of benefits, compensation, employee relations, onboarding, reporting and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Work independently as the first point of contact for employee frequently asked questions in the areas outlined above
- Maintain Form I-9 compliance for the company to ensure weekly and annual audits are completed and conduct I-9 meetings for corporate hires as needed
- Support the onboarding lifecycle which includes posting positions, reviewing background checks, and position management.
- Process data requests from employee self-service portal (including confidential and sensitive data)
- Identify and provide recommendations on methods to enhance processes and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of HR procedures, practices, and principle
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Do you have these qualifications?
- 1 year administrative or coordination experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days vary per Division/Department
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience in a Human Resources department
- Workday experience is a plus
