You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to residents, guests, and visitors. • Pay Rate: $17.48 / Hour
• Day Time
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, guest requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, amenities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, while maintaining professional communication with residents, guests, management, and emergency responders.

Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
